We regret that we do not accept orders to any other destinations without special arrangement.
Please allow up to 15 days for delivery, as the postal service is the only part of the shipping process we have no control over.
Whilst every effort is made to stock every product we list on our site, it is not always possible and sometimes events outside of our control dictate any delays.
We do not send out emails as a matter of course other than the confirmation email you receive when placing your order. Rest assured that we will contact you if there is a problem with your order!
Throatmicmarts Returns Policy -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- At the Throatmicmart we want you to be happy with the goods you purchase from us. Our returns policy is detailed below:-
Faulty Items -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If you are returning an item because it is defective, we will be happy to either repair it or if the item cannot be repaired it would then be replaced. If the item is dicontinued and a replacement is needed a item of equal value maybe chosen. Within the first 15 days (DOA period) we can repair, replace or refund. The customer may choose the option which is best for them.
All AEGS come with 30 days warranty.
All KWC guns come with 90 days warranty.
All Western Arms guns come with 30 days warranty.
All KSC guns come with 30 days warranty.
All Accessories come with 90 days warranty.
Incorrectly Ordered (Within first 7 days) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Orders undertaken via website will be subject to the Distance selling (Consumer Protection) Regulations 2000 which allows a 7 day period after receipt of the order within which it will be possible return the order to Throatmicmart.
Throatmicmart will only accept products which are in a ‘saleable as new’ condition complete with receipt, all manuals and boxes intact.
Any refund given will be less the original cost of postage and the customer must bear the cost of postage back to Throatmicmart. During this period the customer is under a duty of care to return the products to us in said condition and any damage sustained in transit will then be a matter to take up between the customer and the courier of their choice.
After this 7-day period Throatmicmart offer a further 30 days warranty on all standard models to the following effect:
Warranty will not cover:
i) Any damage sustained through negligent or careless use of the model by the customer. ii) Any tampering of the model further to or other than stripping the model down in accordance with the manufacturers manuals. iii) Any damage caused while stripping down the model which was caused by the customer’s lack of care or inexperience in stripping down the models which may have caused too much stress to be placed on certain parts. iv) Any upgrading or replacement of parts not undertaken by Throatmicmart v) Any common problems with the model that were either previously brought to the attention of the customer or that may be reasonable to have thought common knowledge. vi) Any other misuses not the direct fault of Throatmicmart or the manufacturers.
In order to claim on this warranty the customer must return the model to us complete with the original receipt and all packaging or boxes intact with the allowance for any reasonable damage that may have been sustained to the box in transit or storage. Throatmicmart will advise in each case what parts should be sent back with the model in order to effectively undertake any repair or replacement and to test the model afterwards, if these instructions are not followed the customer will have to pay all postage back to and from Throatmicmart plus a standard service fee for further work if the original repair did not work.
To return an item -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To return an item, simply enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to our address (see top of this page). Please remember to enclose a copy of your invoice. Alternatively enclose your name, address, e-mail contact or daytime telephone number. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. Return costs back to Throatmicmart must be paid for by customer. Throatmicmart then pays for shipping back to the customer. Please return your item via a trackable shipper with enough insurance to cover loss or damage of your items. Throatmicmart will not be responsible for loss or damage of any item returned to us via a customer. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Due to the competitive pricing of products offered by Throatmicmart, we must strictly adhere to the return policy herein provided.
